So what happens with this? Does it all have to happen in one go or just when the players have time for a game? I'm only free the odd hour here and there but I would be up for this.
I think 16 is a bit too much. IMO 8 would be best at least for starters. I still haven't got the game, it should come soon so I'd be willing to play if there's enough people.

Napoli are a solid team, not the fastest at the back, but if you change from a 3-5-2 to 4-1-2-1-2 they are good. Me and my friend used Napoli in a tournament against 6 other teams and were undefeated against the likes of Bayern, Real, Atletico, AC & Inter.
