I know Mr HD does. Bling is a very bad bass player. Who else?
I have been on the fiddle for years :005:
I'd give my right arm to play the fiddle.
Couldn't get on with it so took up mandolin which is the same tuning.

Glad you got it!
Bassist for 10 years, guitarist for 4. Played in some very unsuccessful bands around some decent London Venues
I got kicked out the school orchestra for being out of time on the tambourine.
I've still got my old pink oboe which I tried giving to numerous females over the years with varying success
Does the recorder count?...... I learnt it in school.
My embarrassing talent is being able to play the bag pipes. .
I used to be in the church band and play in parades/festivals etc. I even wore a kilt!!!! Not something im very proud of looking back on my childhood.
Me and the mrs were very keen for my eldest daughter to learn an instrument. We were even willing to pay for lessons because she was very forward for a 5 year old. So one day we sat her down and asked her to really think about what instrument she would like to learn and after a long pause and a deep thought process......... she said the triangle! And that put an end to that. She joined rainbows instead which is a beginners brownies
Does the one eyed piccolo count
Piano badly, plus was semi pro singer when younger, and did amateur dramatics. My Dad was a muscian all his life and had his own band

I did sing "Somewhere" and "Maria" in the Redcoat show at Skegness in 1968.
I don't know how I got away with it.
tenor sax, but I'm in need of some practice at the moment, it's been collecting dust
Guitar to a reasonable standard (have played in bands etc.), bass (but not for years), and currently singing and playing harmonica for the band whose name I borrowed for my login here. (Sneaky plug: www.bronsons.uk (http://www.bronsons.uk))
didgeridoo! Been living in Australia for four years and had one before that in England, now I've got a really decent one and have had some lessons, you can get very absorbed in it and there's no fussing with sheet music or scores and the like!
My dad was in a double act with Max Bygraves when they were young (until MB stitched him up) and I learnt to play guitar/piano, although not very well.
Yep! Guitar, bass, keyboard, bit of drums here.
Used to be in this band: http://likeslions.bandcamp.com (http://likeslions.bandcamp.com)
Does the spoons count?
I'm a drummer for my sins, King of 4/4, anything else is just Jazz is'nt it?
Was offered a very cheap violin once but it turned out to be a fiddle!!!
I play guitars, but most recently its been accoustic but I love to play solo's or powerchords en electric, I allso play bass wich is my favourite now, and allso drums :)
Instruments bypassed me. Mother was a magnificent piano player (but never even gave me one lesson) and my son is excellent on guitar. Played with reformed band juicy lucy, original singer, Ray Owen and had his own Led Zep tribute band which was quite successful for about 5 years.
Beaten up Spanish guitar that I carried on my back through Greece, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and back - all on GBP100 in 1974. My brother brought it for me from Spain. Well-travelled guitar that is very dear to me.
I also have a Gibson Stratocaster. I would love to swap it for a Telecaster.
I once had a Gibson LS - neck as a narrow a one-eyed picolo (to borrow a phrase above). Unfortunately, I left it in the hands of my hairdresser in London when I emigrated to New York. I never managed to trace either.
Nogood "never trust a hairdresser with a narrow-necked geetar, isit" boyo

Not sure if that's a typo or not?
Mind you, I do have a Gibson strat style thing I picked up years ago from some lad on eBay. It's a Humbucker / Single / Humbucker configuration. I saw Richie Sambora playing one once but have never seen one elsewhere besides.. It's achingly 1980s but I've never bothered investigating any further.
I play bass badly in a reasonably successful punk rock band who are all Fulham fans.
Amateur, part-time, only for fun bassist/guitarist. Taught myself a bit of keyboard, used to play flute.
Is every Fulham fan a bassist? Judging by this thread (and Alex James)
Sounds like the potential for A Fulham band.
"The Cottagers'
Jamming in the Riverside after matches ?
I play guitar, bass, drums and sing. My album came out the week before last. For anyone whole likes Indie pop/Folk rock type stuff. The sleeve art is in black & white of course.

Fender. Sorry. You can tell how seldom are my trips around the keyboard.

Wouldn't be emergency bitter by any chance?

I've heard that rumour :54:
I was once asked to play Grand Piano but then I found out it was in a marching band
If it's a band we're starting put me down for paper and comb although the correct paper isn't so easy to get these days.

:plus one:
I auditioned a piper yesterday & the sound she made with just a bit of puff was incredible. Would love to play them myself.
Played Piano to a decent standard as a kid.
Now, not so good :016: which can be really frustrating when I remember what I used to be able to play. Job, football, mortgage, garden, DIY leaves no time for practice.
I was a quite wonderful drummer in a band called The Sonics in the sixties.
Never mastered the double para diddle but the best crash, bang, wallop merchant before Dave of The Dave Clarke Five took over my mantle.
Ok....hands up all those who saw us perform.....
Ok .......anyone ......
Piano and church organ. Bit out of practice, mind...
Fernhurst, I googled The Sonics in the sixties and I found a Seattle-based band who were forerunners of the US grunge/punk movement. I assume that's not your Sonics due to your uniform is it?

Been playing Bass for many a year, in all sort's of cover bands, currently I have hung up the old bass strap and passed my Fender to my son. Also play Drums and volcals. Last band I was in was called Professor Lerxst and the Dirk Dogs (Rush cover band).

Hello Boyo
I can confirm.... That was not us ......local area band who reached the dizzy heights of 4th on the bill at a Moody Blues gig..... Before splitting up over professional differences. :drums:
Fernhurst "discrepancy in the petrol money is it" Boyo
Used to play the Tenor Banjo but now just play the fool.
Another bass player here!
My last band featured two female singers/guitarists and you know what happend when you mix rock and roll and women.....
I'm married to one of them and we have a 10 months old baby :005:
Drums. Played in lots of bands. Mostly indie.
As a kid in the late 40's and '50's I was always playing on the linoleum.
