On 24 hour call out this weekend so can't do to much and God I'm bored. Even watching the golf isn't cutting it. What's everyone up to tonight
Just booked a holiday & anticipating the first trip to the Cottage of the season tomorrow - happy days!

Very warm here tonight in Torrevieja, so i'm sitting in the Lounge with a nice bottle of Wine. I'm reading a book called "Villan". It's about Aston Villa Hooligans. It's hilarious, better than Hans Christian Anderson. Especially the bit about visiting the Cottage in 72-73.
I've been analysing tomorrow's Stewards Cup at Goodwood and, not for the first time with very large field handicaps, wondering whether it will prove to be time well spent.
Working a 12hr shift at the hospital and wont' be getting out of here until 0530.

I know the feeling, but you are over halfway through it now, less than 5 hours to go, it's all down hill from here.
9hrs...I'm in the States.
It has been entertaining so far. My first patient got drunk and tried to ride a bull. The bull wasn't having it and threw him into a electric fence. The bull, not being satisfied with electrocuting the man proceeded to kick him like a football along the fenceline.

That would be a good storyline for Casualty. I'd watch that one.
God that reminds me I'm on call, better charge the works phone

Just chilling infront of a roaring fire in remote south Queensland working on a cattle farm. Done my daily rounds feeding the dogs, horses, chickens and ducks so sinking a few sherbets. Just seen a frogmouth chilling on the clothes line out the front.

Yeah can't complain. Loving life to be honest. I'm a three and a half hour round trip from the nearest shop but getting to see the real oz and living a different life out here. Hope you are well Ben. I'm back in Nov until the new year so if you wanna grab a beer before a game let me know
