First home game in april this season is no more than a self respect fest.
I do hope the team show up and try to put in a performance.
Insofar as this was inevitably from, if i ambeing serious, mid september(i have usually said 1st september) it is not a suprise we are in this state. I had imagined we may have at least tried in january to fix it but that didn't happen.
I am going today because that is my default when we are at home, but there is no real excitment pre match and usual rituals are suspended. I can hardly wait for season tickets to be announced.
It is all part of supporting your club through thick and thin and it don't come much thinner that this disastrous season. January might as well never have happened.

If this huge cloud of discontent hanging over us supporters is also hanging over the team, we are in real trouble today.
If Scott can squeeze two halves similar to the first half against Watford and boost the morale. We just may have a chance.

Scott has one hell of a task to do that today, not looking forward the match at all
We have already reached the bottom, It cannot get much worse, it can and could get better, and I shall reserve judgement until further notice.

It should be quite straightforward though. Close down Sigurdsson and don't give away any free kicks within 30 yards of the goal, don't give their pacey players the space they need, at corners the biggest bloke marks Jagielka, somebody sits on Calvert Lewin, any shots on target are away from England's No.1, Mitro works their centre backs creating space for the Sess twins ............. damn it was going well up till then!
I am amazed it is sold out ! And at these prices.

Agree. We will be there but absolutely unexcited by it. Doing it out of misguided loyalty. How on earth it is sold out is beyond me. Are there that many plastic Everton fans in London?
Loads of coaches here. I'd be here regardless as I will be next season.
I feel so much better now.

Good, I've been worried about your well-being WM.
When you're down, we know things are going badly.
Welcome back WM. 🤣😁

Thank you FTN, they changed my nurse, and she allows me to chase her round the Methylated Spirits 3 times a day before meals.
