Really like the look of the team today, some extra legs we've been lacking with StefJo and AK

How is it possible that neither Christie or Reed challenged the player before the cross? That is not tactics or coaching, but just incredibly poor defending.

Our defense isn't good enough for the high press. We aren't good enough defensively, could be a Reading route today with so many key players out. Hope I'm wrong and Fulham turn it on.

73% possession and 7-1 shots on goal and we are losing 1-0. Sounds about right.

Yes but once again a team can just pass it into our net. That cross should never have come into the box. Week in week out the defence make the same mistakes

The amount of extra games I could have gone to but just can't find the strength knowing it's going to be 90minutes of frustration and the inevitable screw ups

Quite good half by Fulham, especially first 20. Much, much better than Reading. Think we'll score 3 second half. If our defenders can just try to not gift any more goals, we should be fine because Reading are posing basically no threat whatsoever by themselves.

Truly is jaw dropping... we've gifted countless goals this season. We must have some of the worst synchronization defensively. The players aren't even bad, they just can't work together well.

Teams don't have to work hard to score against us. Is that a lack of pressing? Concentration? Aggression? It baffles me how simple it is and I'm not tactically savvy enough to understand what we need to change but it drives me mad

This is football, still plenty of time to rescue this game. No Match is a certainty. Our defence and players in defensive areas has to be addressed, our lack of height once again has cost us, this is what the January window is for. It is not going to get any better. Our squad is comparatively small especially in experience. The writing has been on the wall for a considerable amount of time, it will take more than Hector to stop the goals against.
However, we have pulled one back as I speak, so all to play for, let's not write them off yet, but we cannot allow Reading to score again.

Don't really see why this is down to Parker. We completely outplayed an in-form Reading, and were very unlucky not to win comfortably. This is down to bad luck and isolated instances of truly crap defending. We were set up, and succeeded in being the far better team.

We woz robbed. So deserved at least a point. I so hate defensive teams that play the ref by cheating & blatant time wasting. Ref didn´t add any time for the injuries & time wasting. Expecting O´Riley & DLT to make an impact due to injuries to key players was too much. They are just not experienced enough.
Another game where their GK made many saves from sure fire chances.
