At least he's stuck with the same team this one - we played very well overall against Swansea with this group, perhaps make tactical subs a bit earlier this time, I.e. Neeskens and Abou, but portents are good for a solid 2-0 win tonight :)
If we play 1/2 as well as Leeds did today we will win, playing for 3rd place now and I will settle for that!
Thank you hesgoal... COYW!!!!!

Brentford off to a flyer
thanks Hector
Just what we don´t need another injury!
Bryan off
Wow, Bryan beat badly and Hector with great save to keep game scoreless. And Rodak with an earlier giveaway.
Lads need to wake TF up!!!!
Bryan is a key player.Big loss for us.
Offside, we were lucky!
Wow, lucky goal not allowed, offsides. Come on Fulham!!!
We are not at the races today. Need something to switch the momentum here.
Offside is not luck.

Preston pressing...only matter of time a goal scored against unless FFC wakes up here
Our left hand defensive side looks like a free way so far unfortunately.

Thx. Germans on the call
FFC looks really sloppy so far.....
Brentford 2-0 up
Cant remember the last time we had such a luxury, in the first half no less
Reid is useless in front of goal!!
Reid should have had double figures in the goal column already this season....

And we still managed to make that a nervous one, 3-0 to 3-2 in ten minutes. Oh to be a fulham supporter :005:
Rodak lookin really shaky so far
It's a good game.
There goes the weather
FFC has looked good at times in final third, had some scoring chances
Still wasting their corners though
Need to play the ball on the ground. The wind is terrible. Who would be a CB in this.

Fairly good game so far, both teams with chances. Hector big time saved a goal. FFC still can be sloppy in their own third, there was a stretch looked like Preston would score. On balance, fairly good, not great.
Why do you give away a free kick there...

I am presuming the team train away from CC? With the loss of the stand and the protection that would offer I would have thought they would train more on the ground. The better you adapt the more of an advantage that would bring. See any references to Stoke City away, that ground used to whip up the wind.
You can see Mitro is having to come so deep to pick up balls that when we break he is often not in the box so the wide man has to cut back
Preston look a very good side, not sure we are going to win this match.

Agreed.
Not sure why a non-easy game means the game is being played poorly. It's not.
Thank GOD Preston aren't sitting back like Swansea did last week. Even with the poor weather conditions this game has been a joy to watch. Two evenly matched sides going at it.
Fulham need to keep the ball on their right side because Preston want to use their pace on their right to drive at Odoi, Cav and Ream.
Christie has been good since he came on. Getting tighter to his man these days. Also seems to have been given licence to get forward - presumably as Bryan isn't there to do it on the other side. Not impressed with Cavaleiro so far - he has been out-muscled too many times and given away possession. Maybe Kamara in his place? The conditions are obviously affecting the match and bringing us down to their level.

Or Preston has raised their game to our level? Heck, Cav has been outplayed by their right back. You just pointed that out.
Wow...the wind is crazy, but now that the rain has stopped and the sun is out...That's a beautiful looking pitch right now.
Kamara might also take some of the pressure off Mitro - stop them being able to double mark him.
Kamara & Kebano to come on for Cav & Knockers earlier. K Mac on for Arter with 10 mins to go if still 0-0

Or anyone that likes entertaining, pretty well played football.
Agreed. I took it he meant good meant that Fulham was dominating. Like you, I also enjoy two teams playing their game well.
Cav needs to come off. NOW.
Get in!!!
Thank you Preston!
bIG gOAL
GET IN!!!!!!
Cyrus needs to come off immediately. He's hurt. Now we need to defend.
yess!
David Nugent flicks the ball into his own net. Quite a beauty of an own goal. One of the nicest I've seen.
Nugent always scores when we play against him.
Own goal! We'll happily take it.
Christie needs to come off
Looks like Christie had his ankle trodden on just before the goal. Hopefully that will settle down.
When is the last time we got an own goal?
Only way we were going to score (so far)!
Time for AK47 please...please?
They keep going down their right side every time.
Nugents only scored once in 52 games.
Twice now but not sure it counts :005:
Cairney by far our man of the match so far. Wins so many balls, drives forward and uses the ball cleverly.
We really need Kamara & Kebano on for fresh legs.
Alright Scott. Luv you, but these late subs are pissing me off. Put on AK for Cav please.
I don't see the need for changes as such, we are all over them, and both Knockaert and Cav are playing their parts well at the moment.

I agree, I meant in the sense that Knocky was getting a lot of space maybe he wants to utilise it with a right footer.
I totally agree with you, shouldve been cav off. Just trying to make sense of it though maybe thats not possible haha
Think our last sub should be KMac for Reid so protect our lead.
13 shots; 2 on target.
As the table stands, with 5 minutes to go, Fulham are now 9 points clear of 7th place, and with a good goal advantage too...
We are at the old Bullseye position, do we go home with what we have and thank Jim for a lovely day out, or do we go for the speedboat.
Maybe time to make that extra attacking adjustment in our general game to push for the top two.

A second goal please Fulham, Cav, Abu, Reid or off the backside of the ref I don't care!
FFS Kamara, why on earth give them a free kick there!
Rodak once again showing his talent :Haynes The Maestro:
We must keep a clean sheet now as another goal seems out of our reach at the moment.
Although we really could do with a second goal.
Think Arter's been good today.
4 minutes...
The first 90 minutes plus is the most important.
We cannot sit deep and time for another sub.
Another stupid free kick given. Just stand your ground, they have nothing

And defensively I think Odoi is our better left back.
