Even if we go down, Fulham must keep Joachim Andersen. He has been like the new 'Chris Coleman', a rock in the heart of our defence.
But being a Danish international he may wish to leave rather than play in the Championship. I am not aware of the loan contract obligations but there must be an option to continue to keep the player. Tottenham have already been reported as interested in acquiring him.
I would make the loan deal permanent and make him an offer he could not refuse. We should clear out unwanted individuals like Decordova-Reid and Cavaleiro who have squandered too many chances and yet somehow keep favour with Parker.
I would keep Parker at the helm and he must play Anguissa every game to the end of the season. Try a Mitrovic-Maja partnership without Decordova-Reid who loses the ball too easily and breaks down every Fulham attack!
Who knows, we might even stay up!!?!
Probably in no financial position to keep him unless we stay up.
And I don't think we will stay up.
Ain't happening.......teeheeeheeeeeeee.......
We are relegated ,little doubt about that right now.
There will be a queue of big clubs at the Cottage door waiting to grab Anderson as he leaves. Our chances of holding on to him are zero
Start thinking of two centre backs next season from Tosin, Konglo, Hector.
No chance !!!
I think, even if we manage to stay up, it's highly unlikely he will stay. Reports say that Spurs, Man Utd and Chelsea plus Palace and Leicester are looking. I doubt we can compete financially with the first three. Whatever he and his advisors decide it's been great to watch the total dedication to the cause he has shown. My main regret is that I doubt I will see him "live" in a Fulham shirt
We can DREAM Nick.
He's leaving regardless of whether we stay up. He's top 6 quality.
To be fair I think he has been great for us, BUT I don't know if he is good enough for a top 6 club. I can see him going to the likes of Aston Villa or a mid table team like that.
Would love for him to stay, but I doubt very much that he will.
IF we stay up, i think he might stay - pretty well guaranteed captaincy, and a first team place, loved by the fans.
Not if we go down, of course.

I do think there is a 50/50 chance he'd stay if we stayed up regardless who is in for him.
Sadly, I don't think we are going to stay up.

I think he's good enough for a top 6 team, but things don't always work out at a 'bigger club'. Why didn't his qualities show at Lyon?
He's settled at Fulham, when we stay up, I think he might stay too.
Sorry but a pointless post imo
No chance of keeping Andersen. Spurs and others have now noticed him and we have no option on the loan deal so even in the unlikely event we stayed up he would be off anyway.
In an ideal world we would sign Andersen permanently. Areola too. It is what is unfortunately but it ain't over yet even though many on here have given up.

I think you're underrating him. For me he's good enough for Spurs, Arsenal, Wolves and Everton.
He said before he came he would be wanting to fight for his position at Lyon and not staying. Also as said it's not an option for us.

I am in this camp too...
No chance. Man U, Arsenal sniffing
If we could keep him I wouldn't care one bit if we're relegated as we'd actually have a great chance next time in the Prem. Unfortunately there is absolutely no chance that happens.
Think this says it all.

'Spurs will make a move': Journalist suggests Tottenham will bid for £25m star this summer
Alasdair Gold has confirmed on his Youtube channel that he fully expects Tottenham Hotspur to make a bid for Joachim Andersen this summer.
Multiple sources have suggested that Tottenham are interest in the Lyon defender, who has spent the season on loan at Fulham.
And Gold believes that the £25 million-rated player (Telegraph) is one who is right at the top of the Tottenham wishlist.
He now expects Daniel Levy to submit an offer, although whether he can get a deal over the line will depend on Lyon.
"Joachim Andersen has been up again in the press," Gold said.
"I can definitely say that's a player Spurs are interested in. He's a player who ticks all of their boxes for the centre-back type they are looking for in the summer. He's a leader. He is 25 and has Premier League experience. Those are three boxes Spurs really want to tick.
"It depends what Lyon want for him. But I think Spurs will make a move, they will have a go. He's one of a few they like and he ticks all the boxes."
Andersen's price tag will have increased due to his performances for Fulham this season.
The Dane has caught the eye, despite being part of a struggling side.
Tottenham's need for central defenders has been clear throughout the season so far, with Jose Mourinho failing to find a particularly reliable pairing.
And it seems that tightening up the backline will be Tottenham's first priority this summer.

If Anderson was faster, he'd be worth more than £60 million. Any team in the world would have him as one of their squad, and most top European teams would start him.
He did show a lack of pace when Traore scored for Wolves.
I also thought he might have just brought him down, though i suppose he might have got a red card.
He's generally been very good, of course, real quality, with great calmness and composure.
He'll go and I'll wish him the best when he does. Great player, always works his socks off, and no hard feelings when we lose him.
If he ever wants to come back, I'd take him in a heartbeat though!
Manchester United want to sign 24-year-old Fulham and Denmark defender Joachim Andersen, who is on loan at Craven Cottage from Lyon.

Traore is a speed machine,I wouldn't hold that against him, tell me a player that could keep up with him when he's in full flight?

It's also worth noting that Scott plays us with an exceptionally high defensive line, which does leave us vulnerable to such speedy attacks. That tactical decision isn't really Andersen's fault.
He is capable of playing at a very high level and I casnnot imagine he woill want to play in the Champioship for one minute. I would like him to saty but it is so very unlikely if we go down.
Unfortunately, Fulham will have no say whether he (or any other loanee) stays or goes. Player power combined with money.
He is on his way to Man Utd
He would be even better in a better team than us. He is a class act, we have been lucky to have him.Prem suits him. Strong and very bright player.
Au Revoir and goodnight.
With a decent team around him he is champions league standard.
Would love for him to stay, but he will move on sadly
I'd this post a wind up or what ?
I'm afraid we're down, he won't stay and Anguissa should be sold
