I thought this the other evening, if the links to Wilson are true, then say to them you can wipe of the cash you owe us. Would make sense

The tribunal fee payable to us for Elliott was £4.3m. They robbed us there. But if they haven't paid that yet we can deduct that from the £15m they want for Harry Wilson.

Seems like daylight robbery to me ,they pay us £4.3m for a young promising player they want and then ask us for £15m for a striker they don't want.

I visit Liverpool once a year to look at my hubcaps.
Wilson will be at least 3 times the cost of Elliot and the Elliot fee was highly linked to him achieving milestones so this suggestion will get a big fat 'Never going to happen'
