I am surprised that no one else has picked up on the fact that DCI Clive Driscoll who gained the convictions in the Stephen Lawrence case was a devoted Fulhamfan.
In the first episode last week Driscoll (Steve Coogan):referred to Fulham buying a striker and he clearly had a Fulham photo on his wall. Last night at football training he was in the full training gear of the period and wearing a Fulham scarf.
Any publicity is good publicity!
I noticed he referred to us in the first episode....
Even though we know the outcome I will enjoy watching Steve Coogan in a serious role 👍👍

Yes... seen this...what a gloomy dark film that was.... amazing to think it was not that many years ago....
In the final episode he takes a training session in a Fulham tracksuit complete with scarf and gets Mrs Lawrence two tickets for a Fulham/Arsenal game for her and her other son.

I can't back this up, but Howard Carter excavated one of the Pyramids and deciphered one of the hieroglyphs which said 'Fulham Rules O.K.'.
It was 'covered up' at the time.

I thought that film was incredible. I couldn't believe that after all the awful things that had happened to Philomena and the deliberate obstacles put in her way when she was trying to find her son how incredibly positive and upbeat she remained and tried to see the good in everyone...
