They are already planning their victory parade but are there any good reasons to want to see them get The Hun on the run?

The King

Because we aren't 7th, no. It still would have been hard to want Chelsea to win it, since I've liked Bayern for some time now... Effenberg, KAHN, Makaay... love it. The only big club I have some liking for these days.

I'd rather Bayern won it, but if it was Real Madrid in the final i would have prefered Chelsea

Sane response. I agree.
No forum is complete without a silly Belgian participating!

The only advantage to The Undead winning is that it would keep 'arry out of the Champions League next season.

Of course, he'll be in the Europa League soon enough anyhow.

Chelsea v. Real Madrid? Chelsea v. AC Milan? -- the only acceptable result would be a massive lightning strike. That's like asking me if I'd prefer cancer over heart disease.

Most enjoyable moment on Sunday?

When the Spurs fans in the block next to us joined in "There's only one Bayern Munich"
"Do not affix anything to this wall" - sign that was affixed to wall above turnstiles at Hammy end before someone with a clipboard replaced it with a large Fire Exit sign.

I'd rather inject a packet of smash into my eye then pour water in so my eyes expand and burst than have the scum win. Aside from that both times i've been to Germany i've found them to be a great bunch with great beer. Plus Ch*ls** dont make sausages.

Chelsea losing would be a nice way for us to finish the season after losing our last match (though I had no expectation we would win but I was hopeful we could). I hope they get exposed for their lack of attack and negative football.

valdeingruo

I hope Bayern destroy them, any team with Frank Lampard in it should lose. It would be nice to see it go to pens to see Neur keep out all five.

I think Bayern will win anyway and, as someone said, they make good sausages. I also happen to have good memories of Muenchen as a city. Good food, good music and they claim to have the most famous pub in the world - and almost certainly have. The beer comes in 1-liter glasses. Happy days!

Watching the FA cup final was hard but I concluded, for the time being at least, that I disliked Liverpool more than even "Them" because of how they treated Roy, their odious manager and that cheating, filthy bunch of players they have these days. Not the Liverpool of old that was many people's unofficial second team due to their European. success and style of play - Tommy Smith excluded, of course.

Did we start that, then? On MOTD they said it was the Tottenham fans but then they would, wouldn't they?

That line's a keeper.

I really hope they get smashed in the final.

The thought of Lampard and Terry winning the European cup and therefore legitimizing their entire careers is too much to bear.

Absolutely not. If Spurs had finished in 4th place it may have been a different story though.
