Good interview on the Offal.
Who would have thought that Hayden would have turned into a brilliant coach after watching him as a player. His record with the under 21's is exemplary and just been voted PL2 coach of the year. Could he follow that obnoxious Irishman at Brentford and make it in the Prem or Championship?
Be a surprise if he took over from Marco but not totally inconceivable. Not sure if the Khans would have the courage, i wouldn't.

better someone the club know I would be happy giving him the job for a season as sometimes better the devil you know.
Even the fulham ladies manager should be considered as we have it seems coaches that are winners.
