I've travelled widely and lived abroad and I have to say I can never recall encountering any anti-British sentiments. Not saying it doesn't exist, but "lots of countries"? I suspect that's slight exaggeration.

I do not conflate English and British I am British and proud of it. However my post regarding lack of anti sentiment would apply equally to the English element of GB.

No nationalistic intention here, but 'Jerusalem'., should be sung at English national team sporting events.
The Welsh and Scots have two great anthems. Nothing better than hearing 'Land of My Fathers' or 'Flower of Scotland' belted out on a cold winter Six Nations afternoon.
