The Guardian Top 20 Young Stars

[JimOG]

Just came across this in today's Guardian in which they name their 20 Top Young Players

"The goalkeeper is a recent arrival in west London. Covington, who made his debut for England Under-16s in August 2025, joined from Bristol City in the summer. City offered Covington a scholarship but he decided to seek a new challenge at Fulham. "Lots of things attracted me here" he said. "The area, the quality of the club, the players, the staff. I know a few boys from international duty and having played against Fulham last pre-season, I know the level of player is really high. The group here, from what I've seen, is really strong and I believe we can win something this year."

For those interested this is Cooper Covington, a 16 year-old keeper who joined us last month.
