shirt sizing

I'm going to order a shirt but I remember seeing a thread a few weeks ago warning of sizing issues now im a slightly larger (fat as the missus would say) chap and was looking for some advice from people who may have already ordered and come across this problem. I would go to the club shop but it is about an hour by train from my house and I dont really want to fight queues on the first home game

I normally take large and that's what I got. It's a very snug fit and I would advise going one size larger than normal.
If you look at the description on the club shop site it says "For a looser fitted shirt we advise a size up on your normal size."
Pity I didn't read it before I ordered!

I've just got the new red shirt in large and to be fair it's perfect. I usually take large but must admit I had XXL with the last kappa orange shirt and that was still tight.

I agree on the home shirt that you should order one size up from your usual fit.  However, I do remember reading that someone contacted the team store and they said that the away shirt is a looser fit.

Does anyone have an away shirt that can confirm this?  Does the away shirt run true to size?

yep that was me , rob orderer the shop manager said its a looser fit . however my home shirt is large and i feel like a penis in a condom. xl away for me

excuse me for jumping in here, but a frame of reference would be helpful. For instance when I ordered my LG Volzy shirt, I asked, "Can someone compare the fit of these shirts with the PIPEX shirts? With the Dabs.com shirts?"

Based on what I was told, I got a size larger on my Volzy and it fit like a dream.
