According to the Fulham website.
Strange number for a holding midfielder

He can have #109 for all I care, so long as he stays healthy and fit.

I seem to remember Michael Brown being given the number 9 shirt too. It never looks right seeing anyone other than a striker wear the number 9!

Story of our season, not having a number 9! Why wasn't Mitroglou given it or Bent for that matter ( understand the Bent thing as he was a loanee but not Mitroglou...another Fulhamish thing...)
Quark, strangeness and charm

Bent already had a squad number and Mitroglou had signed before Berba had officially left

With the odd team selections I can see Diarra wearing 9 in goal with both keepers being named and playing up front. The only interest in the season really is guesing what side our manager decides to pick and where he plays them.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

He scored in his last game more then any of our forwards have done all season no wonder they gave him the number 9

Wish it was Frank Newton, Ronnie Rooke or Bedford Jezzard wearing the number 9.

"We haven't got a number 9"

Well somebody had to remember.
