Ok, so you are 3-1 down in an important game with 10 minutes to go

If players can cheat by diving what is to stop them (in this example) walking off citing racism and refuse to go back on  the pitch. Will the score still stand?

it would not you would forfeit under the rules as they stand. tell you what though can you imagine how much stick the league enforcing that would get if it were to ever happen.
