Can't believe this, honestly, fans are complete pillocks at times, after all this time not being able to go to a game, some left early and others boo the players.

Go to the game, enjoy being there, sod the result, just be happy we are inching back to normality.

Joe Bryan has said he enjoys not playing in front of fans, I'm sure there are plenty more who feel the same way.

Think it's time fans took a little step back to take a look at their behaviour towards the players.

I agree Tempest, players don't deliberately play badly and we all have off days, booing them won't make them play better.

I don't know what is going on at Charlton but it sounds quite serious to encounter booing. I can understand players enjoying playing without crowds. If you make a mistake or two there are only your team mates to berate you. When you have the potential to have thousands it can be a very different prospect. It is a bit different for fans as well. When we get back there will be no replays and VAR with no explanation.

I imagine that would be the case with Joe Bryan, Tempest.

People who suffer from  serious anxiety problems and depression, are very sensitive to criticism. No footballer must like  abuse from the stands, but those who suffer with the type of problems Joe has, would likely be  especially affected, since they are already  highly self critical and lacking in confidence - a major part of  anxiety as a mental illness, and can often think that everyone is  criticising them anyway.

It's not for me to speak on Joe Bryan's behalf, but I think he has done really well to make a career as a top professional footballer, at the current time, while  dealing with the problems he has to face.
Though I also think that people with anxiety can be very driven to succeed, and dedicated.

But there's too much  abuse of  footballers, and  people in the public eye  generally, with the advent of  social media, and I'm sure a lot of players are affected by it.

I hate lee bowyer so I'm happy with the booing.

Before selecting our spectators against Liverpool they should be subjected to a blood test to ensure they all have Fulham in their blood stream.
We will need absolute maximum support from the limited number of fans.

Those silly Carlton boys. I would never boo my team off, regardless of result.

There was a guy who went to the Arsenal game (i think it was Arsenal) on talksport saying he left before full time as he was annoyed at the performance. So he's waited 9 months and couldn't last 90 minutes......
