Time to rebuild, AGAIN. The outcome will probably be the same though as we won't do anything before deadline day because the transfer market is sooooooo hard to deal in.

Some would be good Championship players, but I think we need players that can improve to become decent Premiership players if promoted next season.  Not sure many of our current first team could improve or if we have any youngsters coming through that are good enough to do well next year and kick on if promoted.  Clear out needed.

For me it is automatic promotion or nothing. We have proved that coming up via the play offs is so difficult. You only have a few weeks to assemble a squad as until the play offs you don´t know which division you will be in. You can identify which players you want to go for but can´t negotiate until our status is established.

These players are very good at high end near top of the Championship level, but no more than that. Well above mid-table in the Championship we would be if we kept most of them, but I see no way of achieving a quick bounce back. Not with this squad.

Frankly, I think that we kind of overachieved a bit there, certainly in February we were batting well above our average.
