One comment does make a funny observation:

Quote
A very interesting fact that every Fulham goal scored is contributed by the Welsh players.

  • Harry Wilson 2 assists
  • Neco Williams 2 goals
  • Ben Cabango own goal

I almost fell asleep listening to him, bitter jealous and a top class whinging cry baby.

Its not the man in the fight, it's the fight in the man.  🐘

we are all a bit biased and in real time i thought red was harsh. but the replay showed it was a very good decision. studs up and out of control. wiolson, for once, was genuinely caught and hurt as could be seen on the TV when he rolled his sock down and the marks from the boot were clearly visible.

When people a mile away from the action, with hardly a clear view and no replays guess it was not a bad foul are ridiculous losers. Especially when after the event they see it and still cannot bring themselves to say it was a bad foul.

As far as the ref was concerned in general i feel he leaned their way in most things and IMO this happening more and more  just because mitro (clearly held in the box) and wilson, chuck themselves to the floor and moan endlessly (an embarrasment really i wish they would stop doing it and get on with the game). Carv also goes down to easilly but I think some of it is he isn't quite as physically strong as i would like him to be. When he went down in the box it looked to me like he stumbbled and the ref gave nothing. If we tried to stay upright a bit more the refs would be more sypathetic to us.

As it was I thought they were superior, just, until the red card and then they totally fell apart and a lot of that was down to their manager's poor decision making.

Dixie

I thought that was kind of interesting actually, skipped through the bits where he's interviewing randoms with nothing to add, but a good insight into the alternative perspective on that game, gave us a lot of credit before the match too. I'm sure most Fulham fans would have reacted the same way if the tables were turned.
