What a brilliant game of football with Welsh pride overcoming a challenging opponent not dissimilar to Hungary, whom England succumbed to tamely.

There were breath-taking last ditch tackles from the likes of Ben Davies and goalie Hennessey had a top drawer performance. Garteh Bale heroically came out with the deflected winner but I marvelled at the whole team. That Ukraine would have beaten the abject England team that recently covered themselves in ignomany, hot on a scalp of Scotland at Hampden.

Neco Williams had a terrific game and one was belatedly pleased seeing Harry Wilson come on using his lightning pace draw fouls from the tired east europeans.

The Taffys show more passion than England, even how they sing their anthem before the match. I think Southgate and perhaps the English media should focus on that, instead of claiming none of the England team want to play for their country because they all want to have a rest.

Can't see us getting anything against Germany except an embarassing hammering having watched them impress versus Italy.
