Visiting the Fulham news site I have often wondered why we do not promote the Ladies Team more. I can see we are in a 12 Team league in the 4th Tier called the London and South East Regional league. One Team gets promoted each year and if so will go into Tier 3 the Southern Premier league which is just below the Championship. This year we are doing well. Third in the league with games in hand and in both the FA 5th round and league Cup. The Team is talented with players such as Olds, Heasman, Tagliavini, and many others. Steve Jaye is the Manager with a host of assistants which would suggest a professional set up.
I am assuming the women are semi professional, but the information about the Team, its ambitions etc are always sparse.
I personally would like a Report on match results before the end of the week following a match, and maybe a few comments from the Manager. Also comments on the Ladies BO Would be good. It seems at the moment they are treated on a lower level than all of the Men's Teams.

I entirely agree and on the club's Website under the Teams section there are no details of the league table at all. We have a long way to go to make the climb to the higher leagues and although we are the lowest rated team in the final sixteen of the Women's FA Cup I fear that the game against London City Lionesses will be terribly one sided. At least Fulham will get some exposure by the match being shown on the BBC.

It wouldn't be difficult to promote them within the clubs own website at the very least.

Since the woman's team organisation past from the foundation to the main club I assume they are working towards professional status in the future.

There ARE occasionally live matches on YouTube Fulham in the big matches. Recently showed the game against Saltdean United and the cup game coming up is to be shown on YT.

The information is out there but just not very well covered officially on the site.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope
