While we wait for a significant signing, how about trying to get this great Brazilian player to SW6?

May sound crazy but remember back in the day when the late, great Kevin Keegan (two times Ballon D'Or winner) turned up at Southampton? Or Jurgen Klinsmann (1990 World Cup winner and twice Germany's Footballer of the Year) leaving Monaco to join Tottenham?? Or turn the clock back further and how about Fulham's golden trio of Moore, Best and Marsh all signing for Fulham??

Junior is out of contract next year and is stalling over re-signing. He's on 400,000 euros a week, apparently. I am sure the club could pay that because every seat would be sold for all the home matches for starters- plus all the merchandise/shirts/etc,etc.

Vinicius Jr was 26 on July 12. So plenty of years in the tank.

Fulham need to make some big signings. I think this season will be tough. Fulham will need some real quality up front and this player is just brilliant.

Saw Neymar at the Cottage when Brazil played Ghana ( I think). Thoroughly disappointed in him, his performance and attitude, he was young but definitely sign of things to come

Vini Jnr, very good player, when he wants to be, but another one who's attitude and theatrics are questionable.

As a flair player, would you go to Arsenal?

Cannot see this transfer happening at all, but if it does, doesn't impact us at all, Champions strengthening is one thing, we're not competing with them, if he was going to Cov or Leeds, that's a different matter
