Levy obtained that long term debt at historically low interest rates to finance the stadium.
They are actually in a good position economically compared to most.
Strange stuff this business debt stuff for us mere mortals.

As Maguire notes though, the banks would likely look to have added a relegation clause into the terms, and if so, that could mean they would need to renegotiate those terms if they were relegated, likely at higher rates.  That WAS a very expensive toilet bowl (not super or sugar) that DL had built!!
