Results have been disappointing recently but what really grinds my gears more is the total ineptitude when it comes to IT and general administration at the club.

My ever growing list of gripes:

• My onefulham account still is tied to an email address I had when I was 13 years of age ( I am now mid 30s!), even though I have changed my email address on the website. So I log in with one email adress... but all the comms are sent to my old email address. This has been the case since the onefulham thing was introduced
• Today I go to call the ticket office...ON SEASON TICKET RENEWAL DAY...It gives me an automated response about away tickets for the Arsenal game and then puts the phone down. There is no mention anywhere on the website that the phonelines are down today and I called well within the 9-5
• Picnic on the pitch? Don't know whether I can't get tickets as its sold out or whether it's an IT issue on the website - can't call as the phone lines are down

Our general IT and website is diabolical for a club that takes as much money from its fans.

I live in Oxford and occassionally when we're not playing I will watch them lose too. Their website is as good if not better than ours and they are in league one now.

Fully agree.  The IT/Comms set up is very very poor.

It's probably the slowest website in the world, it's even slower than Andersen.

Just received a text with a link to renew ST and the link landing page says this event has sold out. Honestly you couldn't make it up. Truly dreadful IT management.

Exactly same thing happened to me - twice . Eventually though I did manage to renew our 3 season tickets.

They can't even seem to take our money correctly at the moment! Unreal!

Their emailed link worked fine.
