With the end of the season, we hope everyone has a wonderful summer, and if needed even takes time off from both Football and FoF for your mental health.

In light of a few recent threads and posts, we as moderators for the FoF Forum, feel now is a good time to reiterate a few key points concerning the guidelines for the Forum.

I know this will sound like a broken record, but PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL.  FoF is not Twitter (X), Facebook, Tiff, or any of the other social media platforms that allow and thrive on members belittling fellow members.  A member's personal opinion is just that.  A personal opinion that you may agree with or disapprove of, but not for you to slag off.

As always, replies should be respectful.  There is no reason to tell someone that they and their opinion are childish, stupid, or idiotic.  Going forward, moderators will try to be more diligent by deleting and issuing temporary bans for such posts or replies.

It should also go without saying that topics or replies that are generated to instigate or provoke others into conflict will not be tolerated.  Again, such topics or posts will be deleted by moderators, and members who do so will receive temporary or permanent bans.

The following topics are not permitted:
• Covid and/or COVID vaccines
• Politics and religion
• Racist remarks
• Sexist remarks
• Homophobic remarks
• Sectarian or religious abuse
• Terminal illnesses

Finally, we recognize that many football fans have little or no interest in the upcoming World Cup. Even so, FoF aims to remain a safe place for matchday threads and discussion. As always, please keep those conversations focused on football rather than the politics surrounding the tournament.

As always, UP THE FULHAM!  ::scarf::
Anyone can blend into the crowd.  How will you standout when it counts?

The voice of reason strikes again. I thank all the mods for their diligence in keeping this forum as high a quality as usual. All FoFers have a good summer and hope we as Fulham fans have good news on the Head Coach and new player front.

You are the mods ::scarf:: you are the mods ::scarf:: .
You are doing a great job.

Andrew

Very timely reminder.

With the world cup being enlarged so, I am not sure any of us will be getting away from football for that long. However, I already miss watching Fulham and cannot wait for next season. ::wine::

F(f)CUK

I think that there has been a real deterioration in terms of respect recently.

iansthailand

I am surprised you think that F(f)CUK. I admit that a while ago one or two got more than a bit overzealous but the Mods stepped in and sorted it out. Recently i have thought things were pretty stable. We obviously have the banter between Piri and Bongo but that is more light hearted than aggressive.
We all want the same thing and that is a successful Fulham so lets continue to agree/disagree but have respect for others opinion(s).

Light hearted banter is exactly right. I'd be the first one to buy him a pint if we ever met, once he admitted he was wrong about TC
