I see the Hull game is sold out and ticket exchange open. My digital tickets still say Man Utd, anybody else not had theirs updated.

Same here...

I do wonder why the club uses technology that's sub standard and not up to date.

Mine says Hull City. Seem to think that Apple takes longer to update for some reason.

Go into ticket wallet - three dots in the corner. Turn automatic notifications off then on again and it should be updated

In previous seasons it updated almost immediately, I used to check it walking back up Finlay St after the game and it was always already showing the next match. Bit of a nightmare this season, mine's still showing Manchester Utd. For the Palace game it only updated a day or two before the fixture.

All you need to do is click on the 3 dots, click on pass details, switch off Automatic updates and then switch it on. Mine sometimes takes a time to upate so I do this.

Blimey didn't get a sniff on this one. Sometimes an email floods in with the dates that tickets become available to the masses. Best warm up the trigger finger for Coventry then.

If by chance you're going with a kid, I know there's still availability in the family sections.

Recently I've been receiving messages informing me that my ticket has been updated and has been done several times for any particular match. Has there been an upgrade in the on line ticket?

My first one stuck on Chelsea, they sent me a new one and that's stuck on Man U. They now want me to go to the ticket office before the Hull game so they can sort it out. It was fine last year. I really don't think having to queue at the ticket office to sort out a problem they have is great. All I want to do is chat footy over a beer. I'm on Android and nothing they've told me to do has worked.

I have a Samsung and like you nothing seems to work. I have tried all the above and previously recommendations made on this board but still had to phone twice. Looks like I will have to go to the ticket office as well.
