Typically, this includes a stadium tour, a match-pack of Fulham goodies, and a certificate signed by the manager, Martin Jol. It's a sensible move: with so many kids tempted to support the biggest clubs, a strong first impression can create a fan for life. Newcomers are further welcomed by Fulham's tireless supporter liaison officer, Tommy Guthrie, who won last season's unsung hero award for his commitment to making new fans feel welcome and well-informed.
