Sunderland line up?

I don't know if there has been a thread on it already, but, what do you think the line up will be, without any signings. We all know we won't be signing anyone before the game.

It probably will be:

Unfortunately, I can't see Jol putting Kaca, Frei, David & Kasami on the bench, even though we should do. They might provide the flair we need.

I think you are probably right but to my mind it is a greater risk bringing a not fully fit player on for the last half hour than the 1st half hour. If he breaks down with 15 minutes to go the player you would like on in his place has been taken off to make way for him.

Yes, I think that will be the team. It doesn't look bad on paper but the doubts are;-

1. Will Richardson last 90 minutes without injury.
2. Is Taarbat good for 90 minutes
3. Sidwell gives 100% and has been playing well but is he better than Karagounis
4.Will the Ruiz/Berbatov parternship work at last.
5. Is Berbatov/Ruiz/Taarbet in one team a case of too much skill and not enough physical powere.

If he played that team Jacky I would be happy.... frei and Mesca on either side would terrify defences..... Swap kasami for David, and then sidewell alongside Boateng and we would have a decent attacking team.... Unfrotunatley Jol loves the older players :(

Jol might gamble on starting Taarabt, given his impact when he came on last week. How long does it take for a young man like him to get up to decent fitness?

He might sub him for Mesca later in the game.
