On the Radio on the way to the game they stated that Shorey would sign for us before the deadline. First i had heard of this?
Watching the ups and downs since 1958, wouldn't have it any other way, what a roller coaster of a club.

Scrumpy

I hope it's true. A specialist left-back with Premiership experience, on loan for the rest of the season. It would be just what we need. Poor old Kelly is struggling.
English by birth, Fulham by the grace of God.

we went in for shorey when he was at reading....after todays performance...yep i,d take him

After this performance I'd take Joey Barton & John Terry. We need a bit of a hard man to take charge. The team is soft.

Yep, iv'e noticed - particularly against the more physical teams in this division (Blackburn, Bolton, Stoke etc.) that were often bullied out of games, so on that basis I would certainly agree that we lack an enforcer in the side, however, Etuhu returns from the ACON next month, can he be classed as a 'hardman' - he's certainly the closest wev'e got to one. Anyway, as youv'e correctly pointed out this team is far too soft/lightweight at present

But how many teams has shorey played for this season ?

Lighthouse

Shorey will come and we have Dika who given time will be fine in central midfield. We do not need a tough enforcer, it never works for us in the long run. We do need a player who can pass a ball. Murphy isn't it and it is him who needs replacing.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

JT? Would that rule Bridge out of a return at left-back?
