Who Curbishley had, waiting at Fulham to sign on the dotted line, only to be overturned by the powers to be, in favor of Mitroglou? Who ever that striker was, then signed with someone else, only to make a name for himself.

I heard the rumors, but generally don't know who it was, or what club he went and signed for.

Not sure, was mentioned on Cottage Talk, about Curbishley not being that bad, but overruled on a few decisions, one being this striker. That being the case, what was the point of brining him in?

EDIT: If it's him you mean, he didn't join anther club, rather carried on doing the business at Heerenveen. Dutch league, of course, so he could have flopped.
