Things forgotten

From a year ago what are the things we have all but forgotten
1 23 games unbeaten
2. The White Wall
3. The joy of the play off ticket coming through the letter box
4. Dennis Odois goal at the Cottage that put us in the final
5. The trip to and from Wembley
6. Cairney's goal in the final.

Would you be willing to go through that again or would you prefer automatic promotion?

The Old Count

In the true Fulham supporter level of optimism - never mind automatic promotion just avoid relegation.

You could add to the list -

7. A clear identity and style of play that was the envy of many and a joy to watch

8 . An experienced Head Coach with a clear strategy and style.

I would have it all back rather than automatic promotion - sadly it is nothing more than a dream after this years nightmare

The atmosphere's fresh and the debate lively.

Honestly, I havent forgotten any of it.

I didnt think I would ever see us play at Wembley, let alone win there.

I didnt think I'd see a night like Derby with us all on the pitch. The last time I was on pitch was against Lincoln.

This season has flown by in a blur. I know this sounds like waffle and easy to say now, but I achieved so many things that I wanted from Fulham last season that this season has not hurt one bit. None of it.

If you gave me the option of swapping with Burnley now, I'd choose going down and having another go in the Championship.

Would I say that if we were boringly safe in 15th? Honestly, I think I might

I have forgotten none of it and that is what makes this season's debacle so much more painful.
Would I swap with Burnley in 15th? I would in a heartbeat.

The absolute abject performance of our leadership this season has been a thing of stunning incredulity (I hope that is the right word). The numbness left by our relegation in a whimper is a disgrace, the lack of effort to save us in January an insult, the appointment of the clown CR my worst nightmare come true. In September we (my family) thought we would be down during March and not achieve 30 points all season. Well we were nearly right with March, and 30 points... we may make that yet.

Am I looking forward to next season? I look forward to every season.
Do I think we will challenge for top places? No chance if TK is allowed to continue in situ OR he massively modifies what he is doing and I think with his arrogance and lack of knowledge that is unlikely so I am at best hoping not to be involved in another relegation battle and finishing around lower mid table. However, my more intelligent part is predicting bottom 6 because I do not thhink TK should be allowed anywhere near team matters.

All of those highlights from last season are vivid in my memory, especially that magnificent day at Wembley.

Would I like to live through it again, no thanks I would much prefer a season on top of the table ending in automatic promotion.

Would much rather prefer auto-promo.  (Not that I didn't mind and enjoyed last years' playoffs.)

No, haven forgotten much of last season, the unbeaten run, Odoi's header, Wembley, et al.
