We always have no problems signing Americans haha

The dude was born and raised in Milton Keynes. Don't think he has ever actually lived in the US other than for football obligations.

Must be Milton Keynes, USA, lol (Most of the place names in the US originate from elsewhere).
I think it will be announced today.

With as rich a history as Milton Keynes has you'd be foolish to think that there isn't at least one in each former colony.

The name, Milton Keynes, doesn't come, as some people think, from a combination of the names of the poet John Milton and the economist Maynard Keynes. That's me corrected.

US citizen, although born in UK.
So he can't become President.
Which is good as it means he can concentrate on his football.

You sure - they seem to let anybody become President nowadays

He could, I think, but he hasn't resided in the U.S. long enough nor is he old enough.

You are correct...you have to be at least 35 to be President... 😉
Is that age or iq?
Is a dream a lie if it don't come true?

Antonee looks comfortable playing the ball with both feet which is a huge asset for a FB. Technically looks very good whenever I see him play - if he can position / defend at PL level then we could have a real player on our hands.

S. Sess has the same ability so hoping he can progress and eradicate the schoolboy mistakes he makes (optimistically putting that down to youth / inexperience). If both develop and are given time (a precious commodity / luxury in the PL sadly) - then we may have a couple of very good, valuable FBs for the future.

S.Sess needs to be sent out on loan. To get some game time.

O.K. how many Americans have we signed, I can think of the following?

Clint Dempsey
Eddie Lewis
Casey Keller
Carlos Bocanegra
Marcus Hahnemann
Brian Mcbride
Eddie Johnson
Tim Ream
Luca de la Torre
Emerson Hyndman

Bocanegra was brilliant. Would love to have an in his prime Boca back to slot alongside Hector. McBride would be a good player to bring on in the second half, chase down and tire the opposition defence.

Dempsey would not really fit in with Parker ball as he wasn't willing to defend and takes a million shots a game, great player but just not a fit for this system.

Agree, he started really well, his confidence got knocked after several individual errors. I can see him being a future first choice.

Unless Marlon Fossey stays healthy.
