For those who are unaware Las has been on the pitch warming up as third choice keeper in recent games. If you look on the offal you can update your knowledge about him.  092.gif

Knocky could make a big difference tonight..... let's immediately get behind Muniz

11.0 Derby (nearly 10/1) and 5.4 the draw on Betfair, down slightly from an hour ago (12.5 and 6.0 respectively). Still huge odds for a match in the Championship and "the market" is confident we will get the three points.

Wtf I may as well turn back and go home. Unbelievable
Exactly my thoughts,  except I'm just tuning in to FFCtv..wtf is going on?

What's with the massive overreactions? Derby still barely has a player that would get onto our bench. We are still huge favourites. I for one am thankful that we have such a great deep squad so that it is seen as a problem when Knockaert makes the bench during a crisis (Mitro, TC, Rodak, Kongolo, Chabolah, Cavaleiro, Stansfield and Francois all injured or ill). Mawson and Quina can't even make our bench still. All other teams are surely very envious.
The "massive overeactions " as you call them are down to this very late team news...as it is a complete and unexpected curveball..

Its Norovirus. I've been told this evening BDR is suffering too but to a lesser extent, so he won't come on unless necessary.....

I'd still bring him on ahead of Knockaert - norovirus or no norovirus.
or no virus at all, real shame and shock to all of us about the team selection and subs bench, after all the talk about how strong a squad we have (and we have), we need to prove it with at least a draw tonight!

Stearman on the bench for Derby. He and Ream were our marquee signings in the summer of Kit's reign I believe. Neither of them did too well at first but Ream is now our captain for the day and one  of the first names on the team sheet 6 years later.

Right behind Muniz, AK will probably put me off my g & t if he produces anything useful, long time since he has!

As much as I'm slightly more concerned that I would be had Mitro, Cairney and Rodak been fit, I'm also quite looking forward to seeing this side play and see how good our squad depth is. If we're as competitive as we think we are, we should be ok tonight.

+1. what massive over reactions is he talking about? No we should be sitting with smiles on our faces that after 7 consecutive wins and having seen the squad picked for the game against Derby, we should now be hysterical and in no doubt that we will still win 4-0! Dream on!

Our squad is so strong and we will win this game comfortably

Woolly Mammoth

No worries, it's a good starting line up and it might even
be a cunning plan, we will know whether it is good or
not so good in a couple hours or so. This is football always the unexpected, too many on here frightened of your own shadow. We will find out how good or not so good is Muniz I would have thought.
Let's hope Gazza relaxes and is not a bag of nerves.
We need to hit Derby hard right from the start and sow seeds of doubt in their minds. Don't give them any hope when there isn't any.

I understand why there are reactions, not why some seem to almost give up. Thus my labeling them as massive overreactions. I share the unhappiness about the players being out, but still massively look forward to a game in which we are rightly still huge favourites. But to each their own, and no disrespect meant from my end.

Not sure why he didn't play Bryan when Robinson had been sick during the week, he looked completely our of sort yesterday.

Thought about this too. Silva must really not fancy Bryan I suppose.

I think AnOldBrownie made a good point in the match thread that their right wing was a particularly bad match-up for Bryan with his speed.

I think against slower opposition, Joe would have started.
