After the Leeds Cup tie where Cyrus had a great game,he was praised by Silva,who stated that Cyrus was definitely in his plans,well?
Feel sorry for Cyrus,everyone has their own opinions on players,but after watching these latest games,I think he is as good as Tete and Odoi,if not better.

The problem is consistency, Robinson looked like a player just before and after the international break. Tete looked a player when he first arrived before his injury. They can't maintain their form for any length of time. But not just them, quite a few.

When Tete was injured early on in the season I thought Christie was the obvious choice to step in. Particularly after putting in such a good performance against Leeds. A strange situation but I guess he had been trying to get away during the summer window and still is so the manager went with Odoi.

I like Cyrus, seems like a nice bloke.  As a fooballer, he is mid table Championship quality.  Basing my opinion on watching all three players across a lot of games - it is clear to me that Tete is the best of the three.  He is incredibly quick, one of best tackling full backs we have had for years and works incredibly hard over 90 mins. His only weakness is that he is injury prone - and (as someone else alluded to recently) he doesn't look 100% fit at the moment.

Odoi has been a great signing, brilliant attitude and one of most committed players in the squad. His only weaknesses are his positional sense and the fact that he sometimes switches off during games.

Christie has a had a few good games for us - but far more bad ones.  He doesn't have much pace, his recovery is poor (he seems to have trouble changing direction) and doesn't really have any standout attribute.  I remember one game a season or two ago, where he was playing right back and Hector spent much of the game covering him for the numerous times he got caught out of position or out paced by an attacker. It was embarrassing.
