There seems to be an undercurrent of worry in some peoples commentary on here regarding Palhinha and whether he will under perform for us going forward? 

Professional or not, he is first and foremost a human being and no matter who you are, you are bound to be gutted by the experience he just had on the closing day of the window.  Its not a question of who is to blame for that or indeed if anyone is to blame. It simply was a shocking experience for anyone to have.

I cant accept that his head wont be in a better place by the time of the Luton game, and Marco was correct to have given him that space and excused him for the M City game and all that oul bullocks about him being a professional and should have shown up is just that.

I just hope he wants to get back out to show that he is the best and ready for the next fight until January at least!
