Well played Argentina  :claping20hands:   And if anyone thinks football pundits/commentators are bad, they've got nothing on Laurence Dallaglio
The world is made up of electrons, protons, neurons, possibly muons and, definitely, morons.

England were as lucky last night as they were unlucky against SA. Even Clive Woodward joined the pundits habit of hyping up the game at half time when after a flying start England were resorting to kicking without any adventurous running or flair.
Man of the match was the Australian referee who was so clear in his instructions and decisions. It is a pity that the curse of the tv referral system was being overused slowing the momentum in the game.Captains now seem to be appealing at every opportunity.

The first 80 minutes are the most important.
At that  level you cannot dominate all the time.
It does not matter how you win, you have to play to your strengths.
There is no room for sentiment at International level if you want to be successful.
You can play well and lose, as in the same way you can play not so well and win.
At the end of the day England finished 3rd  and have won 6 of the last 7 matches.
Who would have thought that a few weeks ago when we couldn't beat a carpet.
England have shown character, strength and team spirit in adversity, and have played their hearts out and finished with another victory.
It is also the end of an error for many players, and the management and coaches need to learn from this World Cup, and move forward with a new generation who will be coming through to build round the established players we will retain.
So not a bad effort from a team that was written off a month or so ago.
Look at the positives for a change, and if you cannot see any due to tunnel vision, leave it to others who are not blinkered.
Its not the man in the fight, it's the fight in the man.  🐘

Never forget your Roots.

England need to look at other countries structures if they ever hope to emulate 2003. Meanwhile I hope World Rugby goes back to frees rather than penalties for scrum infringement. The game might become more open then
