Their attacking play is still OK at times but the injuries in defence have really taken their toll.  They look vulnerable every time Toon stream forward

Let's hope the steal Andoni Iraola instead to derail Bournemouth.

The Fulhamish podcast was suggesting their first choice is some random foreign manager so fingers crossed it's not Marco.

Yep, heard that also.  Think Mr Collins heard it from Dean Jones who is a Fulham insider, unsure of his Spurs connections but seemed fairly convinced.

I've read elsewhere that Iraola would be #1 on their list if/when Ange departs.  Makes sense given what he's achieved at Vallecano and Bournemouth.

Not being funny, but if Silva thinks going to Spurs is a serious step up for him then I worry about Silva......Spurs are a great club being ran into the ground by a rotten corporate structure which has gone on for decades.....any manager worth their salt would be absolutely foolish to think they'll be going in and changing anything.

Spurs already did the take a mid table manager doing well thing with Nuno and he lasted two minutes there. Fingers crossed all parties see it as a bad idea.

You'd certainly hope that Marco's time at Everton is enough for him to know the futility of trying to transform a large-but-poorly-run club...
