Quote from: Cobh Fulham Fan on January 05, 2026, 09:43:26 AMI agree - some of them probably dont live in Liverpool. I noted the first guy had a distinct Dublin accent. But in fairness to the second last duo - one of them repeated twice that Reeds shot was goal of the year (which year though? we are only 4 days in), if not best goal ever!
At a guess I would think most of Fulham fans don't live in Fulham.

That's because it was!!

True. But affiliations grow through a number of reasons. The wider London geographic may be one for choosing Fulham. A popular one may well be "glory-hunting" so people end up "supporting" one of the very big clubs. Anyone selecting Fulham on that basis is not only disappointed on a regular basis, but frankly deluded as well.

EN1 FFC

Did anyone see the half&half scarves they were selling outside the ground. Saw people wearing them, Liverpool emblem was a yellow Swan (ie Swansea FC badge) and ours was black & white shield with fulham written on it instead of FFC.  :slap:

This clip tastes incredible

Thought it was hilarious.

Almost all of them seem pretty normal to me, minus the one kid who kept effing and blinding his way through everything

Funny to see grown adults have melt downs over their team for a draw

Fair a couple of them acknowledged it was offside for wirtz too

Very true. I live in Cork-Ireland and came to know and love Fulham through my wife and her family. Never understood the concept and need to support a big club. Maybe its my underdog breathing!

Simple really. A minimum IQ of 115 and you automatically choose to support Fulham. 70 or less you choose chelsea

Litrecola_

Inject this directly in my veins.

To misquote a New Zealand Prime Minister talking about young people leaving for Australia .. any Fulham supporter changing his allegiance to Chelsea helps improve the average IQ of both clubs' supporters...

And pleased to hear that The Fulham flag is being flown (even if only metaphorically) in Cork !

Yes it is. And all my grand kids got Fulham shirts in their Christmas stockings this year. Even a grandson in Canada.

Can I just add that my mum came from Liverpool and she was a straight talker, not always right but straight so I have got say that to me, this is offensive. All this proves is the horrible direction that society is going

There's good and bad everywhere MrP. Just some jovial supporters banter. I don't take anything personally on fof.  It's not worth reading more into it than that.
You're a poster I look out for and respect Mr P. Have a great new year.

Was offered one outside Putney Bridge, told the guy I'd seen better quality toilet paper   and told to F.O. in a scouse accent.

"Harrison Reed.  Where has he come from?" made me laugh out loud.

As I've said on here before. When I arrived at the airport in Oz the customs man asked me if I had a criminal record. I told him I didn't realise I still needed one to get in
