Quote from: Thailand Mick on January 16, 2026, 12:32:24 PMFrom these four Corresponding fixtures last season we got 6pts, I would be content with 7pts. We are 5pts ahead of last seasons Corresponding fixtures so if we can keep doing a bit better then Europe is a possibility.

Fwiw,if we matched last season's points total we'd have finished in Europe something like 95% of times in the last 20 years.

Is that right? I think we ll need 60 points personally

Might well be wrong ..memories are poor things but there was a thread on it last year I'll try look it up again

Pretty certain there has never been a time (well maybe once or twice) when 54 points was enough to make top 6.

Yeh can't recall the thread, think it might have related to top 10 and mis remembered, think it was that and some other detail im getting it mixed up.

Would need to go back and revisit the thread if I can find it when I get a mo

Yeah that sounds a bit more realistic. Pretty certain we'd need 60-64 points to make top 6. Maybe 58 if 7th is also Europe.

Keep Cuenca in the team and show there are no favorites.

H4usuallysitting

Nothing less than 14 point's

Fulham 1879

My guess is lose Leeds, draw Brighton, draw Man United, win Everton so 5 points from 4.

12 Obviously, Why? Because I support Fulham, so have to be an optimist  :claping20hands:

I think we can do 9 or 10 points. Not joking.

OZ-WHITE

Our goal difference is going to hold us back , we will have to batter some games to get to 5th/6th
If it wasn't for the medication I,d be chewing on your skin

Only two teams have qualified for Europe (based on league position) with 54 points (or less) in the last 20 seasons (Burnley in 17-18 with 54 points and Fulham in 08-09 with 53 points).
I think people were looking at 8th place last season until Palace won the FA Cup, could well be top 8 this season.

54 points would have gotten you 8th place (or better) seven times in the last 20 years.
