It is on BBC Sounds - I do like a podcast - its all about a Sunday League side - Royal Oak - in some Sheffield league - It is just the three of them, Paul Sampson - Manager, Steve Bracknell - Asst Manager and 'Bob the Bucket' - physio...
I do like his rantings - and like their inane chats about football :)

If you haven't heard it - give it a try .... good background chat and cheerful.  We could all do with that these days...
