Coming off now after a high impact performance. He should be on a year extension with us and indicated he wanted it. Great guy and however far Mexico go he'd have been back, loyal, confident and ready to go again next season. We'll miss him and just hope there's a plan b for a second effective striker.....Sess?

There seemed to be quite a few saying he was past it and not good enough when he was at Fulham. The club has lost a great player who had another PL season in him at least....hey ho...now Raul is flavour of the month....it's a funny old world, as Greavsie used to say

every player that plays in the world Cup earns their club €250000, there is no way Wolves will be receiving that money he is our player until the 30th June.
