They had the chance after the winter to clear the decks! They are in a fortunate position half way through the summer test series to not make the same mistake again. Clear the decks management selectors they are out of their depth! Forget about beating South Africa this winter or winning Ashes back next summer build now with the youngsters. Put Eoin Morgan and Andy Flowers in charge as overlords of Test & limited overs cricket. Two individuals who are passionate about English cricket.
If heads don't roll after this three test match series debacle. Don't want to sound begrudging to New Zealand but this current England test team is a shambles. Far to many players hoodwinked into Bazball and not realising it would all end in tears.

I never want to see England lose at any sport but for me it's far less painful than losing to the trappy Aussies . New Zealand are quite different despite a dreadful start in the first test.
