English Managers are promoted much more quickly to manage top english teams than those from other countries, they don't learn their trade and this ultimately leads to English Managers to fail at the top level.

It is common for foreign managers to have a decade (or twos) experience before managing a premier league team. The most inexperienced and unproven managers in the premier league have typically been english, so why we are surprised they fail.

I find it hard to believe that Tuchel did not receive a detailed briefing from the FA before and during the tournament.

Surely the whole basis on which he was hired was that in the last three tournaments we have gone really deep and failed to take advantage of winning positions.The Euro Final at Wembley would be the prime example.

Thereore if Tuchel received that briefing then he has directly failed in his mission and needs to be sacked. If he was told something else ie capitulate and defend deep at the first sign of trouble, then the FA committee needs to resign.With him.
