Those aren't viewpoints he brought up - those were indisputable facts.

- Promotion? Fact.
- Stabilised the club? Fact.
- Four comfortable seasons in the Prem? Fact.

The only destabilising thing he did was leave. IMO. Teams' average age needed bringing down and some improvements needed but same is true (for the latter) for almost every team every summer.

I'm afraid he's wrong. He made numerous mistakes towards the end of halves - particularly the end of the games. He would eg lose his man and let them score, miss a simple clearance of a cross into the 6 yard box, give away a cheap penalty.

He simply switches off at key moments at the end of games when he's getting tired.

Furthermore, he's slow across the ground and is being found out by Premiership strikers who too frequently run easily in behind him.

Yes, he's clearly a leader and yes, he's a good passer (at times..) but he's there to defend and stay switched on at important times and he's cost us too many points.

Affengruber has his place for now. Let's see if Anderson can fight his way back in.

Milo, when all is said and done, it boils down to individual judgement and opinion, it really isn't "end of". I don't agree with your analysis of Andersen, especially singling him out for "costing us points". He has strengths and weaknesses, just as Affengruber has shown in his two games so far. I am pleased to have both of them in the squad. They both look like decent Premier League defenders to me.

Andersen should be ashamed of himself. He's the biggest reason we missed out on Europe last season, had a mixed start to this season and has the audacity to blow his own horn. Hope he stays on the bench for a while.

I understand people being annoyed by these reported comments but the way I see it is that he is surprised to have fallen so far and so hard so quickly.

I think it is fair if that is the case, rather than being some kind of big headed primadonna about it.

It is difficult to know which way to take this without context.

Been a massive disappointment since his return. Feels he doesn't give his absolute all at times, and always the first to throw his arms and point at others after a goal.

Looking forward to seeing the back of him, incredible shame as I was delighted when we signed him.

Every manager has players that are almost undroppable in their judgement, no matter what the competition or performance level.  For Silva, Anderson was one of these players. 
It's probably now hard for him to digest that he is being treated on merit, rather than sentiment.

Iwobi is another. He also seems to be undroppable for AA too, but mainly because he's a great player.

Oscar Bobb gets a bit of a tough time, he has actually played fairly well this season. His dribbling skills are some of the best we've got, his finishing will come with time, I think he's a real talent.

He played two matches before being bench by Arbeloa, one of which was a tight 1-0 loss vs Sunderland. Vs West ham he got an assist for Palacios. Statistically as a defender, i think I've seen some stats which had him as one of the better defenders in the league across certain stats. Granted people seem to scapegoat him, but i got stats from last season which suggested our defence, with him in, was actually capable enough to secure Europe. He may not be as better suited to Arbeloas style as Affengruber and I know people love the new signing, but I've seen a couple of lapses too from affengruber, though none punished yet. We're lucky to have two strong PL options in RCB.
