Flaming scallions and Up the Fulham!

Haven't come across your offerings before GLM.

Love it.

Like the Eq, I would love to know who he really is; at the same time, I would be tremendously disappointed at the knowledge.  The secret is that he has to be a savvy computer man (which counts out our other plumer, Corked Bardhat) - unless he has the acquiescence of Sir Les and Admin for his flagrant shirt-shifting.
Whatever, whoever, the man is pure class and an instant legend in my eyes.

Maurice, Maurice, Maurice ........ Your absence leaves a hole in our message board as large as The Maestro left in FFC. Over a twelve month since we last received your gift of words.... Please don't leave it so long again.

Some of us have first hand knowledge of the period you describe and your prose transports us straight back to those days, clothes, locations and incidents you describe like no other.

Great to hear from you again.......more power to your nib.

Excellent. This post has brought many good retired posters out of hibernation. I have missed many of you so keep them coming again.

Thank you for finding this again. I used to be a reader of fripperies, but it had gone from my mind until I saw this again.

Thank you Maurice, for all of your blogs, a blast from the past, never  to be surpassed!

Wonderful to read again, thank you so much.
Whoever GLM is, it’s a privilege he has found the time to post on our message board.

Would anybody care to enlighten me?!
Just looks like the ramblings of a verbose madman!
