According to lots of norwegian media Norway, England and Sweden got the Fair-Play places. fotball.no, the website for the norwegian football association, also refers to this.

Billet i do pray you are right, but i hope we dont get a Norwegian team, i'm hoping for  cheap beer, hot country like Tenerife, Levente, Creta (though Greece is expensive) , . A Scandi country would be  real test as they start their season early for obvious reasons, infact FC Haka of Finland (yes i was there) almost beat us because they was already at full fitness and we had come straight from the beach, that ws a team with Saha, Boa etc.
