What has O'Neill achieved that Jol hasn't?

I'd say Jol managed 2 5th place finishes with a poorer team than O'Neill. I suppose O'Neill has won titles in Scotland but who doesn't when you manage Celtic.

And how is it possible not to win the Dutch league if you manage Ajax?

And O'Neill managed to win 2(!!) League Cups with Leicester in case you forgot

Ajax won there first title since 03/04 this season so it can't be that easy.

So you think Jol is a shite manager. He nearly broke the 'big four' when it was at it's strongest. Ask most Villa fans and they will say they were glad to see the back of O'Neill. Ask most Tottenham fans (yes I don't like them either) and they will say that Jol was unfairly sacked.

Mr Finn, gawd luv 'im, does not deal in shades of grey - It's BLACK N WHITE or bog off !  082.gif (I wouldn't have been unhappy with O'Neill but prefer Jol)
