If you wake up in the morning and nothing hurts, you are most likely dead

He doesn't become a bad manager overnight. BUT???????????????????????????????????????

vagrant

Let's put it this way.  If he does not get the respect of the Arsenal fans by the end of the season, then I can see him leaving.

And if that does happen, I would have no problems whatever with him becoming next England manager.

Discuss..........

The club have been really patient with him...but a further season (7th...?) with no silverware will cost him his job.

If Arsenal want to compete with the big boys, they'll have to come up with some serious dosh. Another manager would probably fare no better on the same budget.   092.gif

The fact is that he made Arsenal into a Champions League team on the budget of a Europa League team.

On both wages and transfer fee's, Arsenal are usually closer to mid-table than the top.

Considering that Spurs have spent bucketloads over the past 10 years yet have only got to the Champions league once is interesting, maybe the scrutiny should be there.

Yes, I would trust him. I think he has been really good for English football. OK, at the moment not everything is running for him but when he was at his peak, Arsenal were a joy to watch. Like Vagrant says, I would really welcome him as England manager. I s he another you dont like Finn?

He gets himself overly wound up to say the least and I understand why some might think it time for him to call it a day if only for his own good but overall I see no reason to consider him untrustworthy. Essentially one of the good guys.

Much like Wenger in fact.
