NFR - Swearing

The problem with being lenient on swearing is that you have no clear boundary of what is allowed and what is not allowed. The only option would be that Mods would draw up a list of "allowed swear words" which, in turn, would rather ruin the purpose of allowing swear words in the first place, since they are direct, irrational responses to situations (nobody thinks about which swear to use, you just use it). It is hence better not to allow swear words at all.
