The Picayune Blasts the Managers Prawn Brigade.

Weary and foot sore, some worrying about their future, some watching over fifty matches this season. Yet despite that the Manager cruelly attacked a few of them for moaning at some multi millionaire high profile sportsman. The days of paying your cash, mortgaging your house and arguing  with the other half over another bloody game your going to watch instead of taking the kids swimming seem to be cruelly forgotten.

' I cannot believe the reaction of the manager' said a tired fan. ' I have seen some away games, yes I lost the lottery and had to attend a few, and frankly a bottom goal is all I have had to smile about. That was over 50 games ago. We have been awful away. Sometimes coming on the pitch at the beginning of the game was the most positive thing we did all match. Now we are told not to moan if our home form goes and we are beaten 3 or 4 nil.  Yeah we can all afford to watch a bunch of tired millionaires as long as we only applaud the good things'

At this point the fan breaks down in  tears of hopelessness and we have to stop the interview. After the match a remorseful Manager said that he was mis quoted and he wasn't attacking the fans who have been wonderful this season and blah blah blah. While the Chairman had only this to say. ' Manager broke fuggin chair when we let in the goal chair so he should act more like fans. Bloody hypocrite.'
